By accessing or using BEWYL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
BEWYL is a platform that connects wellness seekers ("Explorers") with wellness professionals ("Guides"). We facilitate the discovery and booking of wellness sessions but are not a party to the services provided by Guides.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Guides are independent contractors and not employees of BEWYL. Guides are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate qualifications, certifications, and insurance for the services they provide.
All bookings are subject to Guide availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Guides receive 85% of the session fee, with BEWYL retaining 15% as a platform fee.
Cancellation policies are set by individual Guides and displayed on their profiles. Please review these policies before booking. BEWYL is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations.
BEWYL provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality or safety of services provided by Guides. Users assume all risks associated with wellness activities.
